What’s Provided
Our homes provide an all-inclusive, shared, independent living environment.
Target Population
Individuals aged 50 and up: Veterans, fixed income recipients, ex-offenders, housing insecure individuals.
We Accept:
Private pay, Veteran’s benefits, SSI and SSDI.
Rent
Rent is due the first of the month.
Shared Room
Each room is furnished with two twin beds, two nightstands, linens and lamps.
On Site Washer and Dryer
All of our homes have a washer and dryer on site. Complimentary detergent is provided monthly.
All Utilities Paid
Aunty Minnie’s House will take care of all utilities, allowing residents to relax and rest assured that basic necessities are covered.
Security Camera Monitoring
Security cameras are onsite for the safety of our residents. Cameras are located in the front, back and common areas of the house.
Monthly Cleaning Service
Our homes are an independent co-living environment. Every person must contribute to daily cleaning chores. Once a month, a house cleaner will come by to perform a deep clean.
Quarterly Pest Control
Quarterly pest control is provided to prevent unwanted critters.
Fully Furnished
Each home is furnished with up to date amenities to provide a comfortable environment.
Internet Service
Access to wi-fi and streaming services.
No Credit Check
Aunty Minnie’s House believes everyone deserves a safe place to call home, which is why we do not conduct credit checks
